Attention Anna-Jonesboro Water Commission Customers:
Effective January 1, 2022 there will be a $50.00 disconnection fee applied to any customer that becomes 30 days delinquent on their water bill payment. You will be notified via phone call and door hanger at least 24 hours prior to your service being disconnected.
There will also be a $50.00 reconnection fee for your service to be restored.
Once your past due amount, disconnection fee, and reconnection fee have been paid in full, your service will be restored immediately.
